I am a seasoned leader and speaker. I help an array of motivated yet overwhelmed people awaken to their deeper reality and discover their value in order to increase their influence in their families, jobs, and communities.
For almost 20 years I have worked in the technology field in various capacities, first cutting my teeth on hardware, networking and back-office server configuration, then moving on as a business analyst and into software development, project leadership, and now software management. I have worked on programs of all sizes including those of national interest for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and NASA. My recent experience is in leading high performing engineering teams to deliver quality results on mission critical systems for our customers. I have worked in a variety of environments from small non-profits to medium-sized telecommunications and large energy and aerospace companies.
Recently, I joined with John C. Maxwell to further develop my leadership and coaching skills in order that I may help energize and equip other people in their quest for greater influence in their personal and professional lives. With John and his faculty pouring quality teaching into me, I am more prepared than ever to add value to others.
I love the outdoors, technology, my family, and having inspiring conversations with interesting people. I learn so much by hearing other people’s stories.
